These terms and conditions form the basis on which you can visit us and our website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
General terms and conditions
This site is owned and operated by Bloomin Delightful of Unit 10 Maple Industrial Estate, Maple Way, Feltham, Middlesex, TW13 7AW. The contract between us
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form] (or) Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted to us when we receive your order, Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Orders for perishable items such as flowers cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Bloomin Delightful Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
Accuracy of content
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
Damage to your computer
We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Delivery Information
Your beautifully gift boxed Bouquets will be sent by Royal Mail, their expert knowledge of all addresses in the UK ensures a swift reliable delivery service.
Flowers are delivered FREE by first class to any UK address. To ensure your flowers arrive in time we despatch 2 days prior to your requested delivery date, so your gift should arrive on the day of your choice or the day before, orders placed a day before requested delivery date may be delivered a day late, we are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date.98 % do arrive next day.
We cannot deliver on a Sunday or Bank Holiday and cannot guarantee a date of delivery.
For Valentine's day, Christmas, Mother's Day and Easter, all gifts will be despatched in the week leading up to the event.
All Flowers delivered in a gift box, complete with a personal message card and flower food.
Orders placed for next day delivery after 3:30pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Orders taken after 3:30pm Friday and on over weekend will not be dispatched until Monday.
We do not deliver same day.
- All Bloomin Delightful products as depicted on this website are available for delivery anywhere in the UK and N.Ireland.
- All prices include delivery; please allow 1-2 days for delivery. We may send out flowers two days prior to the requested date to ensure flowers arrive on the intended date, they may arrive a day earlier or a day later. We are not able to guarantee the exact delivery date. The selected date cannot be guaranteed, we will do all we can to ensure delivery is made for your chosen date, orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:30 pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery, over 98% do reach the recipient next day, we send your gifts by Royal Mail so please allow 1-2 days for delivery, please order in advance for important dates, orders placed after 15:30 pm Friday, will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest, please allow until at least Tuesday for orders to be received that were ordered after 15:30 pm Friday. We do not deliver same day or on Sundays, for more information please see our FAQ and Delivery at the bottom of our home page.
- 'In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 orders for flowers and perishable goods are not cancellable. If goods are not perishable you may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods, You must either e-mail us at manager@bloomindelightful.co.uk or write to us at Unit 10 Maple Industrial Estate, Maple Way, Feltham TW13 7AW, in order to cancel your order. We require goods to be returned to us and are not liable for the cost of returning the goods. We will issue a refund within 30 days of the cancellation of your order'.
- Bouquets may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, Bloomin Delightful reserves the right to substitute any product with any other type of product of equal quality and value.
- In the event that we are unable to supply any Bloomin Delightful products or any substitute to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as possible and shall reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended date of delivery.
- In the event of dissatisfaction a replacement will be delivered if we are notified of your complaint within 3 days of delivery for perishable items and 7 days for all other items. Should a refund be required we will require the products to be returned to us unused and in as new condition, unless the goods are faulty you will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning items to us, we cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods, we advise that you obtain proof of posting when you return goods to us, upon receipt a full refund will be made.
- Orders placed for next day delivery after 3:30pm will not be dispatched until the following working day. Orders taken after 3:30pm Friday and on over weekend will not be dispatched until Monday.
- To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and the company name if applicable, we will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect address details. If we are delivering to a company, It is essential that the name of the company is added to the delivery address, without the name of the company we will not accept responsibility for non delivery

By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Bloomin Delightful site. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
- We exclude all liability for any claims, losses, demands and damages, including without limitation, any costs, loss of profits, loss of contracts or business opportunity, loss of data and any other consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising directly or indirectly out of or in any way connected with your use or inability to access the Bloomin Delightful Site and/or the Bloomin Delightful Service, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise PROVIDED THAT nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions affects or will affect your or the recipient's statutory rights in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the products supplied. We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
- We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Bloomin Delightful Site and/or the Bloomin Delightful Service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Bloomin Delightful Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Bloomin Delightful Service or Bloomin Delightful Site. Changes will be effective 24 hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
- Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
